Salem Gastroenterology is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to partner with the physician Board, set a clear strategic direction, and strengthen operational and financial performance while preserving independence and patient-centered care.

You will lead the management team, expand access and services, and build relationships with hospitals, payers, and community partners to position the practice for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Significant executive leadership in physician practice management or healthcare settings.
• Experience presenting results to a board or ownership group.
• Proven ability to drive strategic growth and financial performance.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction with the physician Board.
• Own financial performance, reporting and capital planning.
• Strengthen revenue cycle, payer contracting, and cost management.
