Job description

Your Mission & Challenges

• You take ownership of your own workstreams in strategic and mission-critical projects – from conceptual analysis to execution.
• You structure complex problems, distill them into clear recommendations, and prepare decisions for our C-Level.
• You conduct market, competitive, and company analyses and develop data models and strategic frameworks.
• You work cross-functionally with departments such as Strategy, Finance, Product & Tech, Sales & Marketing, and People & Culture, driving initiatives to completion across organizational boundaries.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong academic record in business, engineering, or a comparable field of study, ideally with international experience.
• Availability for an internship of 3 to 6 months.
• A strong interest in Physical AI, strategy, business development, and building a fast‑growing tech company.
• Relevant hands‑on experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a fast‑growing startup.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a structured, independent, and results‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and the willingness to take on responsibility from day one.
• Confident written and spoken communication in German and English, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
