Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking 2-3 associates to work directly with our Cofounder/CEO, tackling high-leverage problems as we accelerate growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030. This program exists to close the idea-to-execution gap and offers hands-on mentorship in a dynamic late-stage startup environment.

You will be exposed to nearly every function at the company—product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data—and learn how to execute big-picture strategies during a rapid growth phase.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as STEM, economics, or similar.
• Ability to work in-person in our Palo Alto office alongside our CEO and executive team for the first 6-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Cofounder/CEO on high-leverage problems.
• Be exposed to almost every function at the company (product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, data).
• Learn how to execute big-picture strategies and navigate a late-stage tech startup’s day-to-day challenges.
