Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
• Experience as CEO or in equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to scale businesses, manage large P&L, and deliver profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic growth, operational performance, and long-term value creation.
• Oversee strategy, budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting to the Board.
• Direct construction portfolio, development, and real estate investments.
