Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is seeking a high-caliber mid-career professional to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a SME as Chief Executive Officer in the US. You will spearhead a up to 24‑month search, work with our OLBO program, and receive base compensation with vested shares in the acquired company.

Successful candidates will search, acquire and manage a company in the US, leading strategic growth, operations and market expansion with guidance from NCA’s Investment Management

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience including at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record of running and growing businesses or business units in the US.
• Academic achievement (Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred).
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship.
• Deep expertise and/or strategic vision in Business Services or Software/Tech-Enabled Businesses.

Responsibilities

• Establish a search process with NCA to generate deal flow aligned with criteria.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from our Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired business.
• Proactively develop growth options, long‑term strategy and 100-day plans.
• Grow the business top line via marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings, portfolio strategies and brand positioning; implement improvements.
• Manage geographic expansions and market entry strategies.
