Job summary

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks motivated mid-career professionals to partner and lead as Chief Executive Officer through our Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) program. You will spearhead a 24-month search to acquire a small-to-mid sized company in the US, with comprehensive backing from NCA and an attractive incentive package of base compensation and vested shares.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
MBA or Executive MBA preferred.
Proven track record running and growing US-based businesses.

Responsibilities

Establish a search process to identify a business to acquire in line with predefined criteria.
Lead the acquisition process with support from the Investment Management team.
Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
Develop long-term growth strategy and 100-day plans.
Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
Oversee product/service reviews and portfolio optimization.
Lead geographic expansion efforts when required.
Ensure profitable growth and operational efficiency.
