Korrus seeks a dynamic Chief of Staff/Special Projects to the CEO for execution on a contract basis. You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and CIO, coordinating across product, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain while deploying AI across the organization.

You don’t need years of traditional experience in lighting; you need range, a fast learning rate, and the courage to hold leadership accountable to commitments and timelines.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in banking, consulting, private equity, or high-growth operations, or an engineering background.
• Recent MBA is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from leadership and drive it to completion across functions.
• Turn a one-line intent into a plan with owner, date, and definition of done.
• Run the operating cadence: status, gate reviews, commitments, and follow-through.
• Diagnose why work is late, and uncover root cause at the source.
• Build AI-assisted and agentic workflows to scale work beyond one person.
• Prepare the analysis and materials leadership (and board) may decision from.
