Job summary

Forrest City Medical Center in Forrest City, Arkansas, seeks a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead the hospital's strategic direction, ensure clinical and financial performance, and maintain community partnerships. As a member of the senior management team, you will develop policies, oversee budgeting, and drive initiatives that support the hospital's mission, quality standards, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in hospital administration and/or business administration preferred.
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership in a healthcare facility.
• Experience building relationships with board members, physicians, hospital employees and community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and short- and long-range goals/objectives.
• Provide leadership to hospital managers, directors, and officers to enroll support and drive participation.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with the community and local leaders.
• Plan and direct all aspects of the hospital's policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Responsible for the short- and long-term profitability of the facility.
• Other duties as required.
