Job summary

Centro Restaurant Group in Minneapolis is seeking a Store Lead to supervise hourly staff, manage daily operations, and uphold hospitality standards. The role emphasizes effective team leadership, cost control, and hands-on guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will train staff, monitor policy adherence, and contribute to a positive work culture while ensuring high-quality food and service and meeting operational goals.
