Qualifications
- Industrial work experience is required.
- 40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Daily Centrifuge equipment maintenance.
- Equipment repair; technical support will be provided.
- Feed rate adjustments, bowl speed, and differential scroll speed adjustments.
- Monitor flow rates.
- Sampling of sludge feed, water, oil product, and wet cake solids.
- Emulsion breaker and polymer dosing adjustments.
- Instrument maintenance; technical support will be provided.
- Gauge frac tank and process tank levels.
- Frac tank management.
- Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) operations.
- Site cleanup and support.
Skills
Mechanical maintenance Experience
N2 water Treatment License
Black Seal Boiler operations license
Class B CDL license
Education
2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience
