Responsibilities
- Monitor and control plant operations in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain records of plant operations, including hourly operating data and abnormal conditions
- Ensure facility operates within permit compliance and produces high-quality products
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure efficient plant operation
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to read and comprehend instructional manuals and technical documents in English
- Willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, and emergency call-ins
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to recognize operational inconsistencies and respond appropriately

- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
