Job summary

ABM is seeking an experienced Centrifugal Chiller Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and startup of large commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Trane, York, Carrier, and/or Daikin centrifugal chillers, along with a strong understanding of chiller controls and refrigeration systems.

The successful candidate is a highly skilled chiller specialist with proven experience on Trane, York, Carrier, and/or Daikin

Qualifications

• Experience with Trane, York, Carrier and/or Daikin centrifugal chillers and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of chiller controls, refrigeration systems and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and controls issues and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and startup of large commercial/industrial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and controls issues while delivering customer service and maintaining safety standards.
