• Proactively reschedule and resolve basic issues to keep patient flow on track.
• Uphold HIPAA and service standards in every interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and schedule across multiple service lines in our Practice Management/EHR systems (EPIC)

• Provide clear instructions on forms, fees, and what to bring to visits
• Transfer/route clinical and billing calls per protocol and submit follow-up messages
• Proactively reschedule and resolve basic issues to keep patient flow on track
• Uphold HIPAA and service standards in every interaction
