Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Four to six years related experience and/or training required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive information for required disclosures.
• Review and determine disclosures based on received information.
• Complete disclosures using the Loan Origination System (Encompass).
• Communicate effectively with the Production team.
• Provide accurate disclosures within timelines.
• Update the Loan Origination System as necessary.
• Review Encompass Pipelines for TRID guidelines.
• Conduct business in a professional manner.
