Job summary

The Centralized Leasing Consultant at Onni will support onsite teams, engaging prospects and residents to convert inquiries into tours and leases, and manage the full lifecycle from initial contact to renewal with strong attention to detail and a high level of customer care.

You will generate organic leads beyond traditional ILS channels, craft compelling advertisements, maintain accurate CRM records in Yardi, and work closely with property teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals across

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Multifamily Property Management experience recommended.
• Proficient in Yardi/CRM and MS Office tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Scheduling required to maintain regular schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes sales techniques to sell the value of properties and help close deals while meeting call-to-tour ratio goals.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and e-mail to convert leads to leases.
• Generate engaging advertisements on non-ILS channels to inform and attract prospects and generate organic leads.
• Own the lifecycle for prospective residents and applicants from initial contact to lease signing and renewal processes.
• Manage renewals end-to-end, including offers, expiration tracking, and processing renewals in Yardi.
• Coordinate classic-to-renovated transfers, pricing, and documentation to maximize absorption while retaining residents.
• Prepare, distribute, and track lease contracts and welcome letters within timelines prior to move-in.
