Seldin Company is seeking a Centralized Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing lifecycle across Wisconsin and New Mexico. You will handle prospect engagement, lead qualifications, tour coordination, application processing, lease execution, move-in coordination, and resident account support.

Seldin Company is seeking a Centralized Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing lifecycle. This position will work throughout the states of Wisconsin and New Mexico. This position will pay up to $23 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This role supports onsite teams by handling prospect engagement, lead qualifications, tour coordination, application processing, lease execution, move-in coordination, resident account support, renewal administration, and approved technology-enabled and AI-assisted leasing tools while maintaining appropriate oversight and compliance with applicable housing laws and company policies.
