The district does offer a paid training program for anyone who is interested in getting their commercial driver's license (CDL), including passenger, school bus endorsements and non-air brake restriction.

The rate of pay for the training program is $16.28 per hour.

Trainee program includes:

60 hours of paid training
Fees associated with obtaining CDL to be paid by employer
Trainee agrees to work for Centralia School District for at least one (1) year
After completion of all training and obtaining a CDL the pay would increase to $25.80 per hour
