Job summary

Members Mobile is seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Director for California. Based in Bakersfield, you will own the activation of the Central Valley, manage Safe 1 Credit Union partnerships, recruit brand ambassadors, and run a bilingual sales engine across ten branches.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, 5–8 years of sales leadership, CRM discipline, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Travel across Kern, Tulare, Kings, and Fresno counties will be routine.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish, able to sell and coach in both languages.
• 5–8 years in sales, territory management, or local business development with quota ownership.
• CRM and funnel discipline with lead-to-close accountability.
• Leadership experience coaching teams and ambassadors.
• Entrepreneurial, high-energy operating style with self-driven execution.
• Sound judgment on member data, partner trust and compliance boundaries.
• Strong connections in Central Valley communities and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a 90‑day Bakersfield launch plan leveraging Safe 1 base and branch network.
• Develop a bilingual, fast-paced lead-to-activation pipeline across counties.
• Recruit, train, and manage brand ambassadors and partner with campuses and employers.
• Deliver monthly scorecards on activations, CPGA, and partner performance.
• Protect Safe 1 relationship and ensure compliant outreach in both languages.
