Phoenix Investors is seeking a Central Utility Plant Operator for 1st shift at their Endicott, NY facility. As an operator, you will be a crucial asset in the provision of steam, chilled water, compressed air, and other utilities to customers across campus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain steam boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and compressed air systems.
• Adjust and inspect motors, valves, pumps, heaters, and related equipment.
• Use test equipment and procedures to periodically collect samples and test boiler feedwater, condensate, chilled water, and condenser water.
• Complete all written and electronic records.
• Respond to emergencies as they arise.
