Job summary

Paladin Consulting is seeking a Central Utility Controls Engineer in Aurora, OH. You will define, develop, test and implement Boiler, Chiller, Water Polishing and BOP solutions using leading automation technologies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–6 years of relevant controls experience, with exposure to Rockwell, AVEVA or DeltaV and common industry protocols. Travel about 25% for site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 3-6 years of relevant controls experience.
• PE License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, test and implement Boiler, Chiller, Water Polishing and BOP solutions.
• Create Functional Specifications, including SOO and BOMs.
• Support Electrical Designers to develop project drawing packages.
• Develop, test and deploy PLCs, DCSs and HMIs for Central Utility Applications.
• Develop Test Plans for FAT and SAT and support testing.
• Support loop checks, start-up and commissioning activities.
• Perform customer training as required.
• Troubleshoot existing systems.
