Elderwood's West Roxbury Health & Rehabilitation Center in West Roxbury, MA is seeking a dependable Central Supply/Unit Clerk. You'll ensure nursing teams have supplies and equipment while assisting with resident records, appointments, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

This hybrid role combines supply coordination with nursing department support, requiring attention to detail, organization, and teamwork to maintain smooth operations in a 76-bed SNF and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical, administrative, or inventory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.
• Experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic typing skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate supply orders and manage inventory for nursing operations.
• Maintain organized supply areas and document purchases.
• Assist with resident records, appointments, and related admin tasks.
• Support with transportation coordination and mail distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines.
