Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all incoming supplies weekly and provide excellent customer service.

AMG Specialty Hospital - Hancock Campus isseeking a Full Time Central Supply Coordinator.

Responsibilitiesinclude assistance in establishing requirements for items or services to beprocured and develops standard specifications. Supervises storage, control, andissuance of materials per location, and maintains contact with Corporate SupplyChain Department, supply sources, sales representatives, to keep informed ofprice trends, documents and keep track of facility budgets, backorders andavailability of supply, new items and reliability of suppliers. Receives andverifies all incoming supplies and materials delivered to each hospital campusweekly. Maintains good working relationships within the hospital and providesexcellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• HighSchool diploma required
• 1-3years’ experience in central supply/materials management, preferably with hospital experience
• Basiccomputer knowledge required
• Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations
• Has strong time management, planning and multi-tasking skills
• Possess strong interpersonal and human relation skills
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
