Job summary

Maple View, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, seeks a part-time Central Supply Clerk in Rocky Hill, CT. You will maintain inventory, organize supplies, and work with nursing and administrative teams to ensure availability and accuracy of materials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment to meet facility needs.
• Organize and store supplies in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Distribute supplies and equipment to departments as requested, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Assist with ordering and receiving supplies from vendors, processing invoices, and managing inventory records.
• Perform routine inspections of supply areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with the nursing and administrative teams to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages.
• Maintain compliance with infection control policies and procedures while handling supplies.

Central Supplies Clerk Part Time

What You'll Do

Our success depends on having the right tools and resources available at all times. As a Central Supply Clerk, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that all medical and operational supplies are stocked and ready for use when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment to meet facility needs
