The Allure Group in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Center Supply Clerk to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will maintain supplies, manage inventory, order equipment, and coordinate with vendors to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and COVID-19 vaccination. Post-acute/long-term care experience is preferred, along with knowledge of PO invoices, aging of inventory, and cost reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain supplies in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Work with suppliers to assure accuracy.
• Date and rotate perishable goods.
• Maintain a current and accurate inventory.
• Prepare reports and forms.

Central Supply Clerk Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Order supplies and equipment
• Work with suppliers to assure accuracy
• Date and rotate perishable goods
• Maintain a current and accurate inventory
• Prepare reports and forms
• Perform other job-related duties as needed and directed

Central Supply Clerk Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Preferred

• Previous experience in post-acute/long-term care
• Knowledge of medical facility needs, cost reimbursement, use of purchase orders, invoices, inventory rotation, and aging of inventory supplies
