Job summary

Southeast Christian Church is seeking a full-time CMT Student Worship Director for the Central Ministry team to provide support, leadership and alignment in student worship across 13+ campuses. The role will strengthen the worship culture and equip local teams at all campus locations.

The candidate will work with Campus Student Worship Leaders and Student Leaders to serve their campus and bring alignment on student worship across Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ministry experience that includes Bible study leadership.
• Proven communications skills.
• Critical thinking and the ability to multi-task projects, events and volunteer teams.
• A team-player willing to collaborate.
• Active daily walk with God and models godly living that inspires others.
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
• Models staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
• Lives out staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving.
• Agree with the Statement of Faith and the church mantras.

• Lead local worship teams across Southeast campuses.

Summary

The fulltime CMT Student Worship Director for the Central Ministry team provides support, leadership and alignment, in the area of student worship, across the 13+ local campuses of Southeast Christian Church.

The fulltime CMT Student Worship Director for the Central Ministry team provides support, leadership and alignment, in the area of student worship, across the 13+ local campuses of Southeast Christian Church. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the worship culture and serving the local teams across student teams at all campus locations. The Student Worship Director works with the Campus Student Worship Leaders and Student Leaders to serve their campus but is also expected to bring alignment on student worship across all of Southeast. The aim for this role is to support, resource and equip out part time student worship leaders at our campuses.
