You will work Monday-Thursday from 6:49am to 3:00pm and alternate Fridays 7:49am to 1:00pm, collaborating with staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process dental instruments and patient care items through the sterilization process safely and efficiently
• Maintain sterilization equipment, following manufacture maintenance guidelines and intervals
• Turn on equipment in the morning and off at night
• Manage supplies and instruments,
• Disinfect as required by OSHA and state regulations
• Comply with and share in the implementation of all safety, sterilization and infection control requirements, including OSHA.
• Assist other clinic staff and demonstrate a team approach to patient care. Perform other related activities, as required, to assure program/department success.
• Properly dispose of all biohazardous material.
