Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Fayetteville is seeking a dedicated sterilization technician to support patient care by processing dental instruments, maintaining sterilization equipment, and following safety and OSHA guidelines. You will contribute to a clean, efficient environment and work closely with clinic staff.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to infection control, and a commitment to quality in a patient-focused setting. On-the-job training is provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process dental instruments and patient care items through the sterilization process safely and efficiently
• Maintain sterilization equipment, following manufacturer maintenance guidelines and intervals
• Turn on equipment in the morning and off at night
• Manage supplies and instruments
• Disinfect as required by OSHA and state regulations
• Comply with and share in the implementation of all safety, sterilization and infection control requirements, including OSHA.
• Assist other clinic staff and demonstrate a team approach to patient care.
• Perform other related activities to assure program/department success.
• Properly dispose of all biohazardous material.
• Make appliances
