Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Central Sterile Technician to maintain standards for sterile Instrument assembly and sterilization. You will work with the Perioperative Nursing staff to prepare instrument sets and carts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service for surgical cases.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and completion of a Central Sterile Tech program. CST/CCST certification is preferred, with at least 3 years of CS experience if not certified.

Maintains recommended standards for set assembly, decontamination, inspection, containerizing and sterilizing surgical instruments in an accurate and timely manner. Performs sterilization, assembly and storage of medical supplies and equipment. Collaborates with the Perioperative Nursing staff to provide sterile instrument sets, equipment and case carts in an accurate and timely manner. Assists in maintaining consistent and continuous work flow, providing superior customer service.
