Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience.
• At least two years experience as a Central Sterile Technician in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Central Supply Certified certification required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination, preparation, sterilization of Central Sterile trays and instruments.
• Inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Computer data entry and patient charge batching.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all department locations and accessibility.
