Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office and EPIC; 2 years healthcare exp.
• Sterile processing certification required within 6 months.
• Good supervision and leadership abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department personnel to ensure safe and accurate work.
• Ensure processing, cleaning and storage meet regulatory standards.
• Manage staff productivity and instrument availability for cases.
• Participate in performance improvement, risk management and infection prevention.
