The Sterile Processing Supervisor at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital in Livonia, MI leads the Central Sterile Processing department, plans daily activities, and ensures sterilization and processing of equipment to support surgical procedures. This role requires current Sterile Processing certification, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of sterilization processes and infection prevention.

• Strong knowledge of sterilization processes, surgical instrumentation, infection prevention standards, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional education and certification requirements.
• Associate's degree in health care or science-related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
