Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. calls for a detail-oriented team member to support the Kansas City Central Shipping department. You will process orders, confirm deliveries, and assist with patient equipment and paperwork in a fast-paced office setting.

Applicants need at least a high school diploma and two years’ related office experience; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• At least two years’ related experience in an office environment is required.
• Meets company minimum standard of background check.

Responsibilities

• Process BPM tasks, intakes, work orders and review ACIS screens to facilitate order processing.
• Post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry.
• Coordinate PAP shipping paperwork and related non-licensed activities.
• Enter patient data into applicable compliance portals.
• Scan, file, and fax records on a routine basis.
• Aid with warehouse and patient equipment preparation.
• Facilitate equipment returns, complete paperwork and retrieve equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.
