Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Manager, Central Services in Harmans, MD, onsite. The role leads a team overseeing GMP buffer and media preparation, with emphasis on process optimization and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will plan and manage production tasks, support start-up and changeover activities, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of directly related experience.
• 6+ years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical/biotech with high performance.
• Proficient understanding of FDA cGMP regulations.
• 4 years of direct or progressive people leadership experience.
• Strong scientific and technical expertise with production and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage buffer and media weigh/dispense/production suites and related operations.
• Provide supervision, training, and hands-on support of production staff.
• Coordinate department change-over activities; maintain calibration/validation of equipment.
• Ensure cGMP compliance; review deviations and changes; document properly.
