Essential Functions:
  1. Works within system-based work queue to identify activities ready for review.
  2. Works in various internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information related to service requests and to communicate with others involved in the quoting process.
  3. Sends, receives, and responds to questions from Stores and Service Providers related to quote details and escalates issues/questions when appropriate; communicates with others via phone, email, and other communication applications.
  4. Adds product and/or promotional information to a quote, as well as any additional labor items and associated charges needed to complete the quote not already included, when available.
  5. Completes quote refigures as needed (e.g., when a customer changes their mind on something that affects the scope or cost of a project); includes refiguring quotes based on existing measurements or changing quotes based on new measurements or increased project scope.
  6. Organizes work processes to ensure the most efficient workflow while collaborating with others (i.e., Service Providers, Stores, peers).
  7. Provides peers and leadership team with relevant and timely information to support their decisions and work activities.
  8. Offers feedback to Supervisor regarding what is working well and areas for improvement in the centralized selling model.
  9. Supports the program by offering suggestions to enhance the customer experience with the centralized selling model.
  10. Provides feedback regarding the Store's customer qualification process to identify potential gaps.
  11. Displays a strong understanding of local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of Lowe’s products and services to employees and customers.
  12. Delivers SMART customer service consistently, adhering to Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programs.
  13. Expresses genuine appreciation to customers.
  14. Listens to and responds promptly and knowledgeably to customer and employee questions.
  15. Provides information to customers about stock, special order merchandise, features, benefits, applications, and warranties related to Lowe’s programs.
  16. Anticipates and responds to customer needs effectively.
  17. Follows up with customers to ensure all order and project requirements are met satisfactorily.
  18. Serves as a point of contact for all designs and installations within the department.
  19. Monitors order statuses and communicates updates or issues with customers and Lowe’s staff as needed.
  20. Enters, processes, and tracks customer orders and installations to ensure timely completion.
  21. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED with less than 1 year of experience in a call center, administrative office, high-volume retail, or similar environment.
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and experience in remodeling or construction industry.
  • Lowe's store experience.
  • Experience in installed flooring sales.
  • Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools.

Pay Range: $16.42 - $27.42 per hour
