Comparion Insurance Agency offers an in-person Sales Internship for Summer 2027, spanning 11 weeks with two start/end-date options. Interns join a network of over 400 Liberty Mutual interns and participate in onboarding, educational and social programs focused on professional development.

You will grow sales through cold calling, participate in events, and gain exposure to CRM systems and marketing campaigns. The program may lead to future opportunities in sales at Comparion Insurance Agency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, graduating between Dec 2027 - May 2028.
• Majors in Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business are preferred.

This internship is more than just about learning the ropes. The Sales Internship at Comparion Insurance Agency involves immersing yourself in a fast-paced and supportive environment where you’re encouraged to sharpen your selling skills.

As a Sales Intern, you will join a network of over 400 Liberty Mutual interns and participate in educational and social programs that contribute to your professional development. We offer a robust intern onboarding program that brings summer interns together to build connections in their first week!

You’ll grow sales through cold calling, observe and assist with sales events, develop sourcing strategies, and utilize CRM tools and systems to support marketing campaigns. You may even be asked to implement a social media strategy for sales reps.

Qualifications

What you’ve got

• You are pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program, graduating between December 2027 - May 2028.
• Sales, Marketing, Communications and Business Majors preferred or related fields.
• You’re organized, know how to manage your time, and know how to get results.
• You know how to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• You possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• You have prior experience in sales or client service environment.
• You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
• Local to office selected

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
