Job Title: Central Revenue Manager (3-month contract with potential to extend beyond)

This is a 100% remote position!

About the Company

Our client is a prominent Global leader in hospitality dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a Central Revenue Manager to join their team immediately.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced revenue professionals to provide temporary coverage for upcoming maternity leaves within the Central Revenue Management team. Each individual will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities across a designated portfolio of hotels. This role requires strong analytical and strategic skills to analyze both transient and group demand, make informed decisions, and effectively communicate and implement revenue strategies with hotel stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily revenue management activities, including system updates and pricing strategy adjustments.
  • Conduct analysis of market performance (STR, Demand360, Agency360) to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings, providing tactical and strategic direction based on data insights.
  • Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels using tools like Lighthouse/Fornova.
  • Manage rate plans, room type modifiers, and system configurations in the RMT.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Sales to evaluate and develop pricing strategies for volume and group accounts.
  • Analyze group business for potential displacement and RevPAR impact.
  • Implement and monitor distribution strategies across OTA and third-party channels.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly 12-month sell strategies and ensure strategic alignment across the full booking window.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate or regional revenue management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Expertise with internal revenue systems such as PrO, Reserve, RMT, and Lighthouse.
  • Experience with external systems including TravelClick Demand360 & Agency360, STR, Fornova/Lighthouse, and OTA extranets.
  • Proven success in leading hotel strategy teams and driving market share growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Effective communicator capable of leading cross-functional meetings and guiding on-property teams through revenue initiatives.
  • Commitment to service excellence and strategic collaboration.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is required.
