Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Vice President – Central Region Transportation Market Lead to drive growth and market leadership across the Midwest.

This strategic leader will build executive relationships with state DOTs, local agencies, and industry partners, oversee cross-disciplinary pursuit teams, and advance digital transformation and innovative transportation solutions under the ONE WSP framework.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in transportation, infrastructure, engineering, or consulting serving public and private sector clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, planning, environmental science, business, or related field.
• PE license or relevant professional certification.
• Strong Midwest transportation network and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive transportation market growth across the Central Region.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead multi-disciplinary pursuit teams under ONE WSP.
• Foster relationships with agency leaders and industry partners.
• Position WSP for major transportation programs.
