Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to complete reports and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to solve practical problems and troubleshoot equipment and operational issues.
• Comfortable working with a variety of equipment and computerized operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain product flow to ensure a consistent supply of raw product to all plants.
• Ensure sizing equipment operates correctly and product meets specifications for designated products/plants.
• Operate equipment including skid loaders, forklifts, high-pressure hoses, shovels, wheelbarrows, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and coordinate resolution with Operations, Maintenance, and Electronics teams.
• Accurately record, calculate, and report operational data and production information.
• Use RS View systems to monitor and troubleshoot Milestone equipment and related components.
• Adjust sizing equipment based on production needs and plant requirements.
• Maintain a clean, GMP-compliant 5S work area and promote a safe work environment.
