Position: Central Processing Distribution Technician (Non-Certified) - CPD - Per Diem 8 Hour Variable Shift (Union)

Location: Keck Medicine of USC Hospital, Glendale, California

The position is responsible for providing daily resource support related to equipment, sterile and non-sterile supplies. The CPD Technician works in conjunction with SPD to store and distribute equipment and supplies.

Minimum Education: High School Graduate or equivalent

Minimum Experience/Knowledge: Prefer one-year experience in a CPD environment. Experience in an Acute Care hospital is preferred. Knowledge of handling medical equipment and supplies per infection control guidelines. Ability to mobilize equipment timely. Assists with stock inventories and restocking supplies. Must be highly organized. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Computer literacy preferred.
