Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following: 1. Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors.2. Role models appropriate communication skills with staff and other departments, especially in problem resolution3. Ensures that all products and supplies are handled in a manner consistent with the principles andinstitutional/departmental policies relating to infection control, sterilizer monitoring, packaging and processing4. Assists the Manager with quality/continuous improvement activities of the Sterile Processing department to meetregulatory standards of practice.5. Assists Manager with daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department and prepares work assignments for staff.6. Assists Manager with managing labor and supply components of the budget.7.
