Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience required.
• Experience with chillers, refrigeration equipment and related controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine operations and preventive maintenance on chillers, refrigeration units, plumbing components, and related equipment.
• Assists with repairs, modifications, and installations of controls and devices, including sensors, switches, meters, relays, and thermostats.
• Monitors and records equipment performance and inspection results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
