Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and three years of related experience.
• Driving record must meet guidelines with valid US driver’s license, age 21+, 3 years driving experience, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine operations and preventive maintenance on chillers, refrigeration units, plumbing components, and related equipment; assists with repairs, modifications, and installations of controls and devices.
• Assists skilled trades in routine maintenance on chillers, refrigeration units, testing amperage, oil changes, lubrication, pressure testing, and inspection/replacement of gears and bearings; prepares equipment for inspections and maintains records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
