Central Plant Operator Mechanic/Fireman - Full Time Nights

POSITION SUMMARY:

To service heating, ventilating, air conditioning equipment, monitor BMS, chillers and boiler plant.

Shift - 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:
+5 years of experience preferred. Co-Generation Experience preferred

SPECIAL SKILLS:
Good interaction and communications skills to include verbal and written. Good organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain an effective functioning team. Ability to pay attention to details, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor. Effective problem-solving skills. Optional Blue Seal Operating Engineer License certified by the State of New Jersey. Or optional Blue Seal Refrigeration License certified by the State of New Jersey.
