POSITION SUMMARY:

To service heating, ventilating, air conditioning equipment, monitor BMS, chillers, and boiler plant.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE:

+5 years of experience preferred. Co-Generation experience preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS:

• Good interaction and communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain an effective team.
• Attention to details, with the ability to switch tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Optional: Blue Seal Operating Engineer License or Blue Seal Refrigeration License certified by the State of New Jersey.
