Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and resolve requests by department.
• Complete preventive maintenance and work orders promptly.
• Monitor and operate power plant equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Operate and adjust EMS heating/cooling schedules as building loads dictate.
• Perform building rounds and report problems to supervisor.
