This is an inpatient hospital pharmacy position. Under general supervision, is responsible for the efficient and accurate provision of pharmaceuticals, supplies, and drug information according to established standards of practice. Duties may be performed in one or more areas of the Medical Center, including Patient Care Areas and the Pharmacy. Assumes responsibility for all drug distribution, clinical, educational and research activities regarding rational and cost effective medication use in the assigned area(s) of practice. An overarching requirement is the ongoing development and maintenance of Professional Interactive skills.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Central Pharmacy. This role is responsible for managing a team of professional pharmacists and support staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving operational excellence. The manager will also develop new programs, provide training, and support the professional growth of the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Work requires the application of analytical and critical thinking skills necessary to resolve problems, manipulate databases, or create reports utilizing complex clinical or operations information systems.
Work requires the communication skills necessary to direct, persuade, negotiate, counsel, mediate conflicts, and build effective working relationships with peers and subordinates.
Must complete the training curriculum for Managers and Supervisors as developed by the Human Resources Department within 12 months of employment/promotion date.
Salary Range: Minimum $58.47/hour - Maximum $102.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
