Title: Specialist II, Fiscal Compliance

Perform routine tasks to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning inventory, audits, and technology support. Duties are performed with moderate supervision as an intermediate-level contributor.

Essential Job Duties:
  1. Prepare, monitor, and reconcile inventory for all Title I schools and centers using spreadsheets and other software.
  2. Perform on-site verifications of newly purchased technology and equipment for Title I schools and centers to ensure proper inventory management.
  3. Maintain a record of new computer hardware and equipment acquisitions for all Title I schools and centers.
  4. Verify audit documentation for Title I schools and centers to ensure compliance.
  5. Transition hard-copy documentation of Title I materials to an electronic database system efficiently.
  6. Run periodic reports, verify information accuracy, and alert coordinators about potential findings related to inventory, salaries, budget, or personnel qualifications at Title I schools/centers.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal/external contacts regarding inventory audits or related matters.
  8. Provide excellent customer service concerning inventory status or audit inquiries.
  9. Maintain the supervisor's calendar.
  10. Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
  11. Coordinate project tasks effectively to meet objectives.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent completed college coursework from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related industry experience.
