Job summary

Circet USA is hiring a Central Office Installer to install and service switching, routing, and other telecom equipment in central offices and data-center environments. You will work on projects in customer spaces, including data centers and wire centers, following MOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include installing cabinets, testing fiber and copper, reading blueprints, labeling cables, and coordinating with lead installers. Strong tool skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft programs, iOS and/or Android applications.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
  • Good mechanical aptitude with basic power tools.
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and data-driven reasoning.

Responsibilities

  • Physically place, remove, or modify equipment and install cabling infrastructure.
  • Install data equipment cabinets, servers, switches, routers, and related devices.
  • Identify, label, measure, and route cables supplying power or data.
  • Read and interpret specifications, drawings, blueprints and MOPs.
  • Complete daily job documentation and status reports.
  • Interact with customers and supervisors regarding project status.
