Duties & Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers, requiring good communication skills.
  • Be computer literate and capable of completing close-out packages timely.
  • Track and report material and labor status to the Project Manager.
  • Train other team members as needed.
  • Work shifts and overtime; travel as required.
  • Possess a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have 4-8 years of wireless experience, including work in wireless MSCs, cell sites, and Central Offices.
  • Have knowledge of power systems, batteries, and DC power experience.
  • Experience installing equipment, racks, power plants, batteries.
  • Follow industry standards and best practices.
  • Perform cable dressing/lacing, termination of copper, coaxial, and power cables.
  • Possess Installer Level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications.
  • Fiber splicing and OTDR experience are pluses.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Follow instructions, train, and mentor crews positively.
  • Perform site surveys and equipment provisioning as applicable.
  • Maintain OSHA training; rooftop cellular builds experience is a plus.
  • Create corrective safety action plans.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license, operate company vehicles, and obtain a DOT Medical card; CDL is a plus.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, work in all weather conditions, and be willing to travel and work evenings/weekends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and train suitable candidates.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Pre-employment drug screening, background, and motor vehicle checks may be required.
Performance Expectations
  • Participate in cross-training and communicate workflow needs.
  • Comply with all policies, accurately report daily forms, and communicate effectively.
  • Proactively resolve problems, adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Review work for accuracy, submit timely reports, and follow safety standards.
  • Maintain certifications, understand industry standards, and perform tasks per standards and client requirements.
