Job summary

Omeros Corporation seeks a Regional Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Central region, to build relationships with key opinion leaders and top institutions. The role disseminates approved scientific information and educates on disease states, collaborating on clinical research activities.

Ideal candidates hold an advanced clinical degree and 3+ years as an MSL, with strong communication and presentation skills. Expect extensive travel and cross-functional collaboration within Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical/science degree or professional credentials (PharmD, PhD or MD) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience as an MSL in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and across geographic areas and cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster productive relationships with core local, national and international KOLs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease states and product data.
• Deliver medical education and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Support publication planning and medical education strategies.
• Facilitate investigator-initiated studies as a conduit between investigators and internal committees.
• Develop medical affairs materials and slide decks.
• Identify opportunities to partner with KOLs on disease states or therapeutic initiatives.
• Travel 50–75% to engage with stakeholders.
